How do i buy from Be pharmacy online?
How our respectful Be Pharmacy Customer to Purchase:
1) Create an account
2) Click ‘Log in’ , key in email address and password
3) Browse and select product
4) Select quantity of product and click ‘Add To Cart’
5) Click ‘Your Cart’ to review the quantity of product you have selected. Then click ’View Cart’.
6) You may choose to use coupon code or gift certificate if you have it and wish to use it, and you can estimate the delivery cost of product by clicking and using ‘Estimate Shipping & Taxes’ function.
7) If you wish to add new product to your purchasing list, click ‘Continue Shopping’. If you would like to proceed to final product purchasing, click ‘Checkout’.
8) Click, select and key in Billing Details, Delivery Details, Delivery Method, Payment Methods (cash on pickup or direct bank transfer to Hong Leong Bank account).
9) In ‘Confirm Order’ , the details of final product to be purchased will be shown, then click ‘Confirm Order’.
How soon could I receive my order?
The estimated delivery period is standard duration of minimal 2 - 3 working day. The timelines will vary base on product and delivery areas. We employed AIRPAK EXPRESS mainly as our courier service, and standard delivery charge rate may apply. Detailed delivery and postage charges can be refer from our Delivery informationsection.
I think I have brought the wrong product..what should I do..?
We, Be Pharmacy always offer genuine and most quality items available for our most precious customer. If you would have purchase extra items or the you are unsatisfied with the product, you may always welcome to return the product to us! please do read through our return and exchange policy and make sure certain criteria must be met to be eligible to request for return and exchange of item!
Can I request for store pickup?
YES, Of Course You Can! All 10 branches are free to choose as pick-up location to suit our customers convenience. Our customers are available to choose any nearest branch(s) to them respective location to pick up their order. Please be sure to read through the instruction and directory for Store pick up before proceed the order!
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to request for a cancellation. A cancellation request can only be accepted once we have confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet. Lost or damage Package!
In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us immediately! If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to assist you with either returning the items for exchange or refund, or we can help decide whether to open the parcel while providing evidence of the condition of the product/s
