Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Mix 2 scoops or 30g of colostrum powder to 180ml warm water.
• Stir/shake and consume immediately.
• Adults: 2 scoops or 30g once a day.
• Children 3-12 years old: 1 scoop or 15g once a day.
